The firm has since earned the prestigious Silver Chairman’s Trophy from MassMutual for 2 years in a row. The family-oriented culture he cultivates has also earned his firm a spot on Newsday’s Top Workplaces on Long Island list. More importantly than external recognition, however, Frank takes pride in knowing that the team has fun together, has forged strong bonds, and made lasting memories.
Frank has taken his message and passion for helping others to an industry-wide level by sharing his time and talents with GAMA International, a not-for-profit organization promoting professional development and leadership in the insurance, investment, and financial services industries. Frank presently serves as GAMA’s President, and he oversaw the coordination of its successful 2018 and 2019 LAMP conferences.
